We supported the Ministry of Social Affairs and Employment in Bulgaria to strengthen the cooperation between Employment Offices and Social Services, and contributed to the development of a pro-active labour market policy. In the scope of the project we undertook research, reviewed the existing situation of the labour office, advised on the strategy for fraud detection and provided a clear prioritised action plan how to implement this strategy.
