We contributed to the development and implementation of a policy for the integration of refugees and migrants in Poland. Our proposals for policy, working process and budget enhanced principles of integration policy and offered tools for the adaptation of legislation. Instruments to monitor the target group were designed and tested. A combined language education and vocational orientation programme was developed, and implemented by means of a repeated training programme for social workers, workers at labour offices, language institutions and NGO’s.
