We contributed to a Council of Europe study on the position of youth in declining areas in Naples, Barcelona, London, Moscow, Sofia and Amsterdam. Radar has conducted the study for Amsterdam. In the study the social, spatial and economic policies and developments were analysed, both by desk research and interviews in the field. We delivered a policy paper including budget and working process proposals.
