Riina Pilke

Senior Consultant

Dr. Riina Pilke is a senior expert/analyst in qualitative research, assessments and policy analysis. Her areas of expertise include EU policies and international partnerships, Sustainable Development Goals, inequality and poverty, disability rights, children’s rights and gender equality. She has a track record of approximately 20 years of EU affairs including policy influencing for inclusion, integration of marginalised groups and equality, analysis of the Multiannual Financial Framework, the EU financial instruments and expenditure. She also has extensive experience in international project management.

Riina supports the Radar Europe team in project / research quality assurance and is responsible for co-management of the international project portfolio, business and project development: tendering, tender evaluation.
